Refund policy

For audiobooks, there is a sample that you can listen to for free.

As the audiobooks are instant downloads, refunds are only given if you buy a duplicate digital item within 48 hours of the first purchase; you must notify us at hello@jayhoganauthor.com within 30 days of your order to be refunded.

Please note that the 14-day right of withdrawal for EU-based customers does not apply to digital goods where the download has commenced.
